George’s blend of training and real world experience makes him uniquely qualified to perform your home inspection needs. Anyone with a little training can find defects in a home. It takes experience like George’s to be able to tell you why something is a defect and more importantly, the significance of the defect. After all, defects will be found in every home. Some homes may have dozens of defects that are very common and don’t really amount to anything major, where other houses may only have one or two defects that are significant enough to be a deal breaker. You need someone like George who has the experience to arm you with the knowledge you need to make a proper decision.
